Amber Kocian, OTR, E-RYT 200, and RYT 500, is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and and the American Occupational Therapy Association. She is a volunteer with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She has studied Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis under the supervision of Karen O’Donnell Clarke  and she received her 500-hour yoga therapy certification from Sabrina Castaneda of Atha Yoga and Pilates in Dallas.  In January of 2015, she completed a Masters of Occupational Therapy degree and a certification in hand yoga with Sabrina Mesko.  Amber began practicing yoga in 1999.   

Individual private yoga sessions and private group lessons are also available upon request.
