Amber Kocian, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and the Yoga Alliance, and she is a volunteer with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She has studied Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis under the supervision of Karen O’Donnell Clarke  and she received her 500-hour yoga therapy certification from Sabrina Castaneda of Atha Yoga and Pilates in Dallas. Amber began practicing yoga in 1999.

Individual private yoga sessions and private group lessons are also available upon request.
